Released in October 2017, as part of the Melodic Memorial panel of Nightmare Nights 2017, Luna’s Determination is an animated project driven by the music piece of the same name, composed by MelodicPony, an orchestral musician from the brony fandom.

The project, originally titled Moonbow was started in early 2016, before the production was halted to be rewriten and reworked into what it is now.

The project was animated in Adobe Flash, then composited in Adobe After Effects over backgrounds which were modeled in Autodesk Maya, rendered in Solid Angle Arnold 4 then painted over in Adobe Photoshop.
